Recreation and Combo Membership

All Memberships Run January 1 - December 31.

Individual Combo Membership | $1,604 ($134/Month)

Couple Combo Membership | $2,412 ($201/Month)

Family Combo Membership (Up to 4) | $3,792* ($316/Month)
Additional Family Members:
For 1 Additional: $1,064/year or $89/month
For 2 Additional: $1,728/year or $144/month

*Combo Family memberships have the option to decide how many dining members they want to include on the membership. If a Family Combo member would like to pursue this option, they will be billed for a Rec Family membership, then billed out for the corresponding amount the dining membership costs. The $3,792 is the price for all four members as recreation and dining members. Call the Main Office at 262-275-6113 for questions or to alter your membership. 


*Note: We do not offer monthly memberships, only the ability to pay monthly. This can be through our direct pay system, where money is withdrawn from your checking or savings account on a monthly basis (the first month’s membership fees are due upon submission of application). Family Memberships are open to family and children up to 4 members.  Additional family members are $876 per person. Primary member must be 18 years or older. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you decide to cancel your membership, you must do so in writing 30 days in advance and only after 5 months of membership. There will be a $100 cancellation fee. There will also be a $50 fee for each car decal that is not returned. If you cancel your membership, you cannot renew within the same calendar year.

MEMBERSHIP EXCLUSIONS 
Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July Holiday & Labor Day Weekend are blackout weekends for Recreation Members.  Recreation Members must leave the facilities before 10:00am on the weekends from Memorial Day-Labor Day, in addition to black out times. Membership does not include access to other areas of Abbey Springs, including and not limited to beach/picnic areas, Below Deck or using Abbey Springs property as a walking path.

GUEST POLICY
Recreation Members are allowed a guest(s) at a charge of $20.00 per day per guest and must be paid to the Main Office before bringing the guests in. Each guest must be accompanied by the Member. If you are bringing multiple guests, you need to make arrangements with Todd at 262-275-6113 ext. 220 at least 3 days in advance.

CAR DECAL POLICY
I understand that a maximum of one decal for Individual Memberships, two decals for Couple or up to 3 decals for Family Memberships will be issued. There is a $50 fee for lost decals that need to be replaced. If you need to exchange a damaged decal, there is a $10 exchange fee. Decals will not be sent through the mail, and I understand that it is my responsibility to pick my decals up at the Main Office. Decals must be affixed to the upper portion on the drivers side windshield.

PAYMENT POLICY
All electronic fund transfers are done on the 25th of each month.  There is a $25 charge for fund transfers that are denied.  Members are responsible for keeping all payment information current.  Late fees will be assessed if payments are not received by the end of the month. All credit card payments on account will incur a 3% fee.

MINIMUM SPENDING POLICY (Dining & Combo members only)
I understand that as part of my dining membership that I am required to meet a $750 minimum spending (combined from all members on the account) annually. The amount can be used for food and beverage only and does not include tax & gratuities. The minimum must be fully used by December 31 each year or the member's account will be charged for the remainder of the unspent minimum.
